Description

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP), also known as Whole Milk Powder (WMP), is a dairy product made by evaporating fresh pasteurized Full Cream cow’s milk. It possesses all the appealing qualities of fresh liquid milk and, in its dry form, is an important ingredient in the manufacture of a remarkable range of food products.

Application:
Full Cream Milk Powder has many uses in the food industry. It is primarily used in the bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream manufacturing industries. It is also used in the production of frozen foods, instant soups, ice cream, bakery, confectionery, chocolate, biscuits, cookies, dairy (yogurt, laban, cheeses, pasteurized & UHT-milk), processed cheeses, evaporated & sweetened condensed milk, fruit and flavored beverages, sauces, infant foods & milk.

FCMP is used also for producing reconstituted milk (adding such a quantity of water to obtain initial composition of the product). The nutritional value of reconstituted milk is the same as that in the fresh liquid milk.

Typical Composition of Full Cream Milk Powder:
Proteins: 24-28%, Lactose: 36-38.5%, Fat: 26-28.5%, Moisture: 2.0-4.5%, Ash: 5.5-6,6%. It should be exempt of Salmonella, Listeria, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus and show a maximum Standard Plate Count of 10,000 colony-forming units/gram (CFU/g). Full Cream Milk Powder is not genetically modified and doesn’t contain genetically modified ingredients. It does not need any special labeling.

Packaging:
Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is available in retail, wholesale and bulk packaging:

– 10-25kg multilayer Kraft paper bags
– 500-1,000 kg Big Bags
– for retail: 400-900g PA/PE bags

By request we can also provide FCMP in the following packaging:

– Tin Cans: 400g, 900g, 1800gr, and 2500g
– personal size sachets: 15g, 20g, and 50g
– family size pouches of 400g, 800g, 900g, 1800g and 2250g

Private label and custom packaging is available upon request.

Storage
FCMP should be stored and shipped in a cool, dry environment with temperatures below 25°C and relative humidity below 75%.

Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is not genetically modified and doesn’t contain genetically modified ingredients. It does not need any special labeling.
