Description

Gouda is a Dutch yellow cheese made from cow’s milk. It is named after the city of Gouda in the Netherlands. It is a semi-hard cheese celebrated for its rich, unique flavour and smooth texture.

It is one of the most popular cheeses in the world accounting for up to 60 percent of the world’s cheese consumption. Since the name is not protected, it has become a generic classification for all cheeses produced and sold under the name Gouda.

Packaging
Industrial: 2-15 kg blocks, Retail: 100-1000 g blocks or sliced. Private label and custom packaging are available upon request.

Shelf life
4 months from the date of production.

Edam Cheese should be stored and shipped in a cool, dry environment with temperatures 0-10°C.
